Important Information for Ordering

1) Can I use my voucher after its expiration date?
If you are unable to use the purchased services within the validity period, please contact us before the expiration date at praha@towell.cz. We will gladly extend the validity based on your written request. Without prior extension via email, it is not possible to use the treatment after the voucher has expired. Unfortunately, expired vouchers will not be accepted.
If you wish to use your expired voucher, simply email us, and after paying a flat fee of 250 CZK, we will reactivate the treatment and extend the validity period.

2) Can I cancel my order in advance?
You can cancel your orders no later than 12 hours before the reservation start time via your account at www.towell.cz (section “Online Reservations”) or through the cancellation link in the confirmation email sent to you when the reservation was made. If you do not cancel your reservation in time and fail to show up for the appointment, the treatment will be automatically forfeited. If you want to reschedule a missed and insufficiently canceled treatment, you may pay a cancellation fee: 200 CZK for a 30-minute reservation, 400 CZK for a 60-minute reservation, and 600 CZK for a 90-minute reservation. If you repeatedly miss appointments without prior cancellation, your account will be blocked from further bookings, and all your future reservations will be canceled.

3) What should I do if I miss the cancellation deadline or forget my appointment?
If you forget to cancel your appointment within the required timeframe and still want to reschedule, please contact us immediately at info@bodylovebrno.cz. We will do our best to find a solution so your treatment does not expire.If you contact us only after your missed appointment date, rescheduling will be possible only upon payment of a missed appointment fee.Without direct contact, it is not possible to reuse a purchased treatment in case of a missed reservation.

4) Is it necessary to arrive early for the treatment?
Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late, we cannot guarantee that the full treatment time will be provided.

5) What should I do if I lose my permanent card (membership card)?
If you lose your permanent card, please notify the branch in advance by email and request a replacement card. This process is subject to a one-time fee of 250 CZK.
